Webcasting
Rodman & Renshaw is working with Wall Street Webcasting (a division of The Wall Street Transcript) to provide webcasting for company presentations. This optional service is fully compliant with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations, and the cost of the webcast, for those companies that wish to use it, is 850 per company and will be paid directly by presenting companies to Wall Street Webcasting.
All companies will receive a dedicated link to their webcast for use in their marketing materials and Website.
The technical support staff of Wall Street Webcasting will be available before, during and after the conference to work with presenting companies and individuals accessing the webcasts. Visuals for all presentations must be submitted no later than April 10
Hypergraphics Studio Inc. will be assisting you in presentation set-up and coordination and will contact you directly. Visuals for all presentations must be submitted no later than Friday, April 10th, 2020. Presentations are 20 minutes long (includes q & a).
